Simple entry control - via QR codes, strategic geofencing and more
ExoFlare begins at the entry point— at the gate or front reception—where strategically placed QR codes and other smart interfaces enable a seamless sign-in process. Visitors can scan a QR code or gain access via appropriately used geofencing, ensuring every person and vehicle entering the site is accounted for.

Customised Biosecurity Screening
Visitors are prompted to answer site-specific questions aligned with quarantine and hygiene protocols. These may cover:
- Recent travel history
- Previous site visits
- Required hygiene measures e.g., vehicle washing, boot changes
- Vaccination status e.g. Q-Fever

Immediate Risk Assessment & Entry Decision
Based on the Biosecurity Risk Assessment analysis, visitors receive an instant risk result:
- Low Immediate entry granted.
- High Entry is paused, and the host is alerted to review the situation.
The host can contact the visitor, discuss the flagged risks and make a final decision on entry. The decision and reason are recorded in ExoFlare for transparency and traceability.
