Biosecurity Readiness Survey 1Background2Profile3Biosecurity Processes4Biosecurity Threats5Site Questions6Follow-Up Managing biosecurity risks is a high priority for the $28 billion Australian red meat industry. To ensure access to markets and to safeguard our reputation for supplying a safe product, we must work together to manage biosecurity risks that may affect our industry. Meat and Livestock Australia (MLA), through its subsidiary Integrity Systems Company (ISC), are partnering with Exoflare to investigate current risk management practices in the beef and sheep meat industries in order to develop a decision support tool for biosecurity threats. As part of this project, ExoFlare would like to survey livestock producers to determine their current biosecurity practices and the data that they collect, to understand the requirements for an effective biosecurity risk management tool. This survey will take around five minutes to complete. For details on what data is collected and how it is managed please read the privacy policy.
